Since in January 2013, Shimantik has been functioning a 20 bedded clinic at Dhaka under phase out of UPHCP-II. It has been providing ESP+ services including safe delivery through this comprehensive clinic. Considering the successful functioning of the clinic activities and performance, Shimantik has taken initiative to establish another two primary health care (PHC) centre at Madertek and Goran (Sipahibagh) areas of DSCC. All these three clinics are functioning well and self supported.
