Clinic Manager- CRHCC

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the centre

• Monitor activities and supervise the work of supervisee staff and provide on-site technical assistance (hands on training)

• Ensure overall cleanliness of the centre

• Assist/contribute in developing and or introducing QA system for providing quality services to the clients

• Develop and implement a strategy to reach the poor and involve the community in the management of the clinic

• Ensure all other systems are in place and well functioning, e.g., management information, personnel management, logistics management, financial management etc.

• Closely work with the Project Manager and other key staff for smooth running of the centre.

• Organize monthly management and technical staff meeting to review the progress in reaching the contract conditions and identify potential problems and develop actions for further improvements.

• Coordinate with other service providers to establish functional linkages and referral system.
