Shimantik is looking a number of skilled/experienced professionals for Urban Primary Health Care Service Delivery Project - II (UPHCSDP-II) at Dhaka (DSCC PA-1, DSCC PA-5), Sylhet (SCC PA-1) and Barishal (BCC PA-1) City Corporation Area.
Family Planning Coordinator/Monitoring and Supervision Officer
• Be primarily responsible for coordination for al centers and outreach based FP activities.
• Train and guide Center Physician in implementing HIV/FP activities, documenting findings, and adjusting service delivery protocols to respond to client feedback.
• Ensure that service delivery follow written protocols.
• Give inputs in designing client flow in centers and outreach.
• Ensure that client exit interviews take place regularly and clients are encouraged to comment in the feedback register in the centers/outreach, and feedbacks are acted upon.
• Coordinate with PM to ensure logistic support to center managers in implementing action plans
• Design and implement database to analyze clients feedback during exit interviews.
• Arrange monitoring quality of care mystery shopper where and when possible.
• Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time.
