Ensure adequate counseling and informed choice to potential contraceptive users; Register pregnant women, obtain antenatal history; Conduct group counseling on nutrition, safe delivery,
obstetric emergencies, antenatal/postnatal care, neonatal care, adolescent health family planning, infertility, RTI/STI, child health, malnutrition, etc. in the waiting room; Hold special counseling
sessions to victims of violence against women; Ensure appropriate management and referral of contraceptive users suffering from complication to the respective clinic doctor and other referral centers
